Joanne  (RGN div 2 rtd) – Clinical Nurse Educator


Joanne is instrumental in the success of Mr Tim Brown's practice. Originally educated as a nurse, Joanne turned her attention to medical administration and for the past 18 years has been exclusively involved with the Plastic Surgery Industry. It is her experience and thoroughness that originally established the firm roots on which the practice has grown so successfully.


Her role in the practice is to advise patients about facets of the procedure that they are contemplating, and to ensure that they have a complete understanding of the pros and cons of a particular operation. She emphasizes that surgery is not to be undertaken without extensive research about the possible consequences, and will take the time to filter the myths and legends that can be found on the internet, to assist you in making an informed decision.


Joanne's professional history incorporates working with a number of leading cosmetic surgeons in Melbourne. As a result her irrefutable knowledge and empathetic nature have allowed her to embrace the role of Educator and to work intimately with each patient in all facets of cosmetic surgery practice.




Kas RGN (Div 1) – Cosmetic Nurse Injector and Surgical Assistant


Kas had worked with Mr Tim Brown since the inception of the business. Kas works within the rooms as the clinical cosmetic injector, she has 8 years of experience and an excellent repour with her patients, ensuring they have a fresh, natural look.


She treats every patient with respect, understanding and trust, which over time, has made her one of the most popular injectors in Melbourne. The clinic uses products that are safe, proven and of the highest quality, giving patients the satisfaction they deserve.


Kas' knowledge keeps advancing and stays fresh and up to date by attending cosmetic and plastic surgery conferences locally, interstate and internationally. She can ensure that the latest advances in cosmetic injecting technology are available to patients.


Previously trained as a theatre nurse, Kas also acts as Mr Brown’s surgical assistant at Beleura Hospital in Mornington.





Tracey RGN (Div 1) – Senior Practice Nurse and Surgical Assistant


Tracey is our Division 1 nurse and Mr Tim Brown's surgical assistant at St John of God Hospital in Berwick since 2004. Already equipped with a broad and versatile range of nursing intelligence and experience in both general practice and hospital medicine, Tracey has been specifically trained in all aspects of plastic and cosmetic procedures.


Tracey's role offers continuity of care, guiding patients before surgery, and passing on her experience of common patient issues and concerns. After surgery, Tracey continues to provide support and provides emergency support out of normal office hours, 24/7. She is in contact with Mr Brown and will arrange for you to be seen as an emergency if necessary.


Tracey is pivotal in Mr Brown’s continuing research programme, and manages data collection for the various projects that are undertaken within the practice.


In 2013, Tracey also undertook a primary course in health and well being education through the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. This course along with an advanced course later in the year examined general lifestyle changes to assist with weight loss, healthy eating plans and nutritional supplement to assist in recovery post surgery.



Cathie – Practice Manager


With over 15 years experience as a medical Practice Manager, Cathie joined our team in July 2013. Cathie's experience in the health care field covers a range of different specialties and experience in managing over 40 staff.


Aside from ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our practice, Cathie's goal is to deliver efficient and effective service in all aspects of care, using her extensive training in management, private billing and accounts.

Ann – Senior Medical Receptionist


Ann has been our senior medical receptionist for almost ten years. She has a broad experience in both specialist and general practice. When you visit our practice you will be greeted on the desk by Ann. Ann will also be available to help you with theater dates & paper work, along with any issues with your health funds.  With over 20 years experience in medical administration, any question you may have about your account or appointments, Ann is always more than happy to help.


Kellie – Theatre Administration


If you decide that you would like to proceed with surgery, Kellie our Theatre Administrator will guide you through the process. From helping you with finding dates that are suitable for you, through to theatre paperwork, Kellie has all bases covered.


Should you have difficulties with the seemingly endless paperwork that hospital require, Kellie will ensure that it is dealt with, so your are not stressed and can concentrate on you procedure.
